Within 30 days - You must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable).
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the date of any return applicable to your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, special priced items cannot be refunded.

Exchange of goods (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send us an email with a qualifying photo certificate to and send your item in.

Before returning your item, please contact us to obtain a return address and you should post your item to the address specified.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and tax on the return will be deducted from your refund.
For items returned without quality issues, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product you are exchanging to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
